Returns

Everything in the shop is printed for you when you order it. If it isn't right, or you change your mind, this is how it works.

Damaged or misprinted

Email hello@amsterdamblack.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We send a new one at no cost; you don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind

In the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Withdraw from an order here, or tell us by email, within those 14 days. Then send the item back within another 14 days, unused and in its packaging. Return postage is yours to pay.

We refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping, within 14 days of receiving your return, to the card or account you paid with.
